After a Gud tym spent wit a close friend of mine, I was Returning home from office on my Scooty by 7 Pm... It was quite dark n i need not explain u guys abt the Rockin Chennai Roads... Everyone must hv gone thru dozens of Experiences travelling in such Roads... You never know where is the hole or speed breakers( Thanks to d Chennai Corporation fr d Wonderful lighting facilities every Road is blessed With... :-)
Ok fine that can be discussed sum odr day... bt wanna share wid u guys wat i saw while drivin...
When i took a right from Vadapalani High Road, right before me, one young grl in her late teens very smartly dressed up in pink top n blue jeans.... was riding her Scooty... The first thing she wasnt Wearing her Helmet.... Fine Wearing Helmet is for personal safetly... But i was quite Shocked to see wat she was doing while riding....
She had plugged in her ears hands free of her mobile ... The cell phone was struggling a place between her jeans pocket and her hands.. In btw she was also attending the calls that came her way... She didnt bother to stop d vehicle in left side of the Road ... Instead she was shuffling her vehicle frm left to ryt.... Jus imagine in a place where traffic s jus unimaginable a act like this will surely invite danger. I jus felt n stopin up ther n givin her a piece of my mind..( But the girl drove straight n me pressed on my right indicators)
1. Firstly by not wearing a helmet she s puttin her life into Danger
2. Secondly i love music. I m sure Everyone does that... But is it essential that one has to listen to that even whn one s driving???....
3. This is indeed fast paced life. I do accept . But cant your communication channel take a backseat atleast when we are driving or atleast to few min so that we can stop our driving n then attend d calls.
4. Cant we remember the faces of our parents before using phones while driving or over speeding?
5. Do v have the right to put others life on stake for few minutes pleasure or our happiness?
Not Fair Guys
How helpful Cell phones can be felt by each one of us through the recent Bihar Floods
I m not even sure how many ppl are rendered homeless by the flood
But still the same Cell phones turned Saviour in the flooded Bihar.
Calls through Cell phones and SMS hv indeed saved hundreds of people and still keeping hope alive for many more still marooned.
Cell phones have made our lives more simple . Ofcourse . No debates on that. But the only concern is the right use of Everything.
Technology is good for human betterment but excess technology will spoil the life style of the people.
We all love our Cell phones... N i hope it ll be used the way it ought to be ...!!!
Cheers...
